Protein Packed Greek Yogurt Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 3 dates, fresh or dried, diced
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions:

Simply stir the chopped dates and nuts into the yogurt, and drizzle the honey on top.

POWER Protein Balls Recipe

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (I prefer Skippy)
  • 1 cup rolled oats (not instant)
  • 1-2 scoops of protein powder (I use Optimum Nutrition Chocolate)
  • 1 oz chopped almonds
  • 1/3 cup of ground flax seed meal
  • 4-5 packets of Splenda or sugar-free syrup

This recipe makes roughly 15 ping pong size balls.
