Below is our collection of the top fitness and bodybuilding books.

Book: “Bodybuilding Revealed” By Will Brink

Recommendation: Highly Recommended

Brief Overview:

To be 100% honest, I firmly believe that if you are seriously interested in fitness of just about any kind, this is one book that really belongs on your shelf, and I mean everybody from personal trainers to the office dweller who’s a weekend warrior.

I think that Bodybuilding Revealed is an awesome book! I mean sure you probably could technically find much of the information somewhere on the internet, but these days it would damn near take you a lifetime to sort through all the B.S. and broscience.

The book is very well written, as you’d likely expect, but something that really set it’s apart from similar books and articles is that all information offered is based on research that is referenced throughout. Will not only gives you his stance on each subject, but he shows you the research on which he bases his recommendations.

On top of that Will is actually quite witty in his writing, but in a way that is both engaging and entertaining, without appearing unprofessional in any way.

That being said, I should definitely mention that to call Bodybuilding Revealed merely “a book” is a true understatement.

Topics Thoroughly Covered Include:

  • Nutrition
  • Constructing a Muscle Building Diet
  • Weight Training
  • Cardio & HIIT
  • Supplements
  • Fact-Filled Forum
  • Meal Planning
  • And a TON more!

The forum section is filled with people who are really experienced with fitness, but I found them welcoming and supportive from the start.

The nutrition section has a very informative section on carbs, insulin, and glycemic index, but it’s written in a way that’s easy to understand. Much of the information is centered on the subject of glycemic index and its importance for endurance, bodyfat reduction, and performance.

One of my favorite little gems from the book is “Brink’s Universal Law of Nutrition” which skillfully sums up all of nutrition in my opinion:

“Total calories dictate how much you lose or gain, and macro nutrient types and ratios dictate what you lose or gain”

Supplements

If you are taking supplements of any kind, then Will’s section on supplements is worth the price of the book alone! In a whole mass of confusion on the topic, and recommendations that are based on dollars rather than results, Will’s supplement section is one of the only impartial and clear scientific review of supplements you will find.

Instead of pushing one brand or another Will talks about ingredients, for example what each is, what it does, real world experience, and medical research backing the claims.

Will Brink skillfully handles the topic of pro-hormone supplements, as well as more supplements than I even knew existed.

The weight training section includes demo videos of various exercises and includes an anatomy diagram with the exercises description.

Now lets talk a bit about the members area, if I read this correctly you get lifetime access when you buy the $47 book.

The highlight of the members area is the meal planner! I’m not truly a fan of tracking nutrition, but I love it for the insight that it provides. Diet is SO important when it comes to fitness, and tracking your nutrition of only a week is all it usually takes for a person to truly understand that the quality of every calorie counts.

About The Author

Will Brink has written on the subject of bodybuilding for many, many years and has established himself as an expert, I wont go into the details because Will mentions them in the video below.

If you’re like me you are pretty skeptical of most things you read on the internet, but Bodybuilding Revealed is truly the most comprehensive fitness book I’ve every owned.

The 60 day money back guarantee is the REAL DEAL, so really there is 0 risk for you today. Check it out and if you don’t feel like it’s worth the money you paid, you can simply request a refund.

Added Incentive: Submit your success story and you could win $1,000!

So that’s it in a nutshell, for me Bodybuilding Revealed is worth it for the nutrition and supplements sections alone.

It’s important to note that I do make a percentage from every book sold here, but I only make this recommendation as someone who has read the book and has the strong desire to share it with others. But of course you don’t have to take my word for it.

“The e-book gets into specifics regarding exactly what and how to eat in order to gain lean muscle mass and burn fat. Don’t let the hard-core look fool you .

As I’ve said a thousand times, the principles that work to gain fifty pounds of muscle are the ones YOU need to apply to gain five.

The interaction with other trainees, Will and his expert team, is what makes this deal a steal…that and it’s free for a year. (I think Will is bonkers for giving this much content away for free…and I’m darn sure that won’t last…but hey, that’s his business.)BBR is a must-have — no questions asked.

The supplements section alone will save you five, ten, even a hundred times what you pay for the e-book. Trust me — most of the stuff people take is worthless, but Will goes into why, and the science behind it, plus what really does work.
